Our consulting work helps organizations translate their commitments into durable action. Most clients begin with a Strategy-Fit Call to explore alignment and determine the best scope of engagement.
Access Audits
A 2–4 week diagnostic engagement to identify barriers and opportunities related to access, inclusion, and organizational processes. Builds a foundation for strategic action by surfacing what is and isn’t working.
Organizational Alignment Intensives
A 4–6 week engagement designed to unify leadership around shared priorities and clarify how values and policies intersect with real constraints. Ideal when teams need cohesive direction before major decisions.
Strategic Readiness Sprints
A rapid response engagement (typically 2–4 weeks) to help clarify priorities and next steps when time and clarity are both at a premium. Useful in times of transition, scaling, or emergent risk.
Fractional Strategy Partnership
Ongoing advisory support as a strategic thought partner. Aligna acts as a fractional Chief Impact/Strategy Officer for up to 2-3 organizations annually. Supports sustained alignment, governance, coherence, and long-term clarity for complex systems and shifts through a retainer-based role.

Seeking Legal Expertise Now?
In select situations where a discrete legal question is blocking momentum — particularly around disability, access, or compliance — the A-Line offers a focused legal session to help clarify rights and obligations before a situation escalates. These sessions are scoped, paid for, and separate from ongoing consulting relationships. (For Washington State clients, we can offer this service directly. If our consulting clients are out of state, we can brainstorm appropriate referrals.) If pressing legal questions are arising in your work, consider an A-Line Legal Session. Then we can apply holistic strategy afterward.
